- Eligible phone bookings will have the points (complimentary night) awarded at the time of booking. Eligible online bookings (website or app) will have the points awarded to the member’s account within 7–14 days from check-in.
- The complimentary night to be subsidised will be the night requiring the least number of points.
- Cancellation of eligible bookings may take 7–14 days to process from the cancellation date.
