Before You Go

Planning a holiday at one of your Club Wyndham resorts? Keep informed of special check-in details, parking availability, plus the latest resort updates and developments.

Resort alerts:

  • The resort will undergo pool and exterior renovations Sept. 6–Nov. 10, 2022. During this time, the pool will be closed and you may not have access to the suite windows/balconies. Additionally, you may encounter noise, dust, odors, and work crews on-site. Dates are subject to change.

  • Daily housekeeping is not included and may be added for an additional fee.
  • Some amenities/activities are seasonal and available at an additional charge.
  • Parking is limited. On-site parking is available for $10 per night per vehicle. The parking garage has a 7′ clearance that does not accommodate oversized vehicles. The resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers, but RVs can be parked at the Garden Walk for a fee, where the parking is enclosed and secure. There is limited street parking near the resort.
  • Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Rooftop hot tub hours are 9 a.m. – 10 p.m. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. For your safety, please wear shoes in the pool area and refer to posted signage for more information.

Does your reservation include an apartment move during your stay? The following guidelines apply:

  • Guest is responsible for packing own belongings.
  • Check out time for the first apartment is 10:00am.
  • Guest may be unable to check into next apartment until 4:00pm. Luggage can be left at reception.
  • Reception staff are unable to modify bookings to avoid apartment moves. If you have any enquiries, please contact your Member Services Team.
