Want to Become a Member?
- Register at clubwyndhamasia.com, create your own unique username and password.
- Click Sign in/Register
- Click Register
- Enter Name Id and Email (use the same email on you membership account).
- Click Find
- You will immediately receive an OTP via email.
- Enter OTP and create your password in line with requirements: minimum 8 characters, 1 number, 1 upper case, 1 lower case, 1 special character.
- Username automatically selects your email but this can be changed.
- If you have previously created a username with your email and tries to do the same again, you will receive an error message. Click Create User and login into the website with new username and password.
If you forgot your password:
- To reset your password, click FORGOT PASSWORD?
- Enter your email and click “Send”.
- An email will be sent to your inbox with instructions on how to reset your password.
Club Wyndham Asia offers a tiered system of benefits, giving members more privileges and value at each level. The tiers are:
- Emerald (5,000 to 19,999 points) Daily room cleaning, Wi-Fi, access to Associate & Affiliate Resorts,
access to Greenland Resorts in China, Travel Wallet, bank and borrow points, Flexi Levy, Wyndham
Rewards membership, and RCI membership. - Sapphire (20,000 to 39,999 points) Personalised Members’ Welcome and Check-In Experience, Evening apartment refresh, Secure cancellation, complimentary resort activities, valet car parking, and the option to purchase additional one-time member points.
- Ruby (40,000 to 59,999 points) Arrive in Style, Elite Check-In, Presidential stays, access to Club

If you think of your vacation membership as your “holiday home,” annual levies are your contribution toward the expenses of owning that home. The Club’s annual levies cover:
The Club’s annual levies cover:
- A reserve fund for refurbishments
- Body corporate fees
- Club management including legal, financial, human resource, IT, and reservation services
- General administration fees
- Housekeeping, landscaping, and other maintenance
- Insurance and property taxes
- Resort management and staffing
- Utilities
The annual levies each member pays depend on the member points they own. Members with more
points can book longer stays at Club resorts, so their fees will be higher. See “How are annual levies calculated?” for more information.
Annual levies are calculated based on the annual costs of running the Club and its resorts. The total
amount is then divided based on the number of member points that each member holds, using the
following formula:
Annual levies payable by each member = A x B/C
A = annual expenses
B = number of member points registered in member’s name
C = total average number of actual and forecast member points during the financial year
Levies are priced per member point and subject to change each year.
For example, if the levies were set at US$0.063 a member point, a member with 10,000 points would pay US$630 (10,000 x $0.063 = $630) in levies that year.
Levies are assessed and issued annually and can be paid in annual, quarterly, or monthly instalments. Members are required to pay annual levies from the date that they become a member, prorated in their first year for the exact period of membership that year.
Their first levy payment will be due 30 days after their membership begins. A member cannot exercise their membership rights – or use their points for a particular year – until their levies are paid.
Travel Wallet is an online account where you can accrue “Travel Cash” in US dollars by:
- making your first reservation as a member*,
- writing a testimonial about your Club experiences,
- referring friends who might be interested in a Club membership,
- or donating books to one of the Club’s chosen charities.
*Book and travel within 6 months of becoming a CWA member
You can then use your Travel Cash to pay:
- annual levies
- monthly instalments for your Club membership
- nominal exchange fees for Wyndham Rewards
- RCI exchange and membership fees
- cash stays in Greenland Kang Young Resorts
Club members have access to all Club Wyndham Asia resorts and can book them either 14 months or 12 months in advance, depending on their membership tier. Members also have access to a host of other resorts through partnership agreements with:
- Club Wyndham South Pacific Choose to stay at over 50 Club Wyndham South Pacific Resorts in some of the world’s most sought-after locations like Melbourne, Sydney, New Zealand, or Fiji. Club Wyndham Asia members can book up to 11 months in advance.
- Greenland Kang Young health resorts across China including Shanghai, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, and Hubei. Club Wyndham Asia members can book stays up to 12 months in advance. Click here for full details.
- WorldMark, The Club: Club Wyndham Asia members can make reservations up to 11 months in advance at more than 90 resorts in popular destinations in the US, Canada, and Mexico, including Los Angeles, Las Vegas, New York, Orlando, Vancouver, and Whistler.
Associate Resorts are special agreements between the Club Developer and the management of hotels and resorts outside the Club network, which let Club Wyndham Asia members stay at those properties using their member points. These agreements are for fixed periods of time and can be altered or removed at the discretion of the Developer. Associate Resorts can be booked up to 12 months in advance.

How RCI works
Unlock new destinations with RCI, the world’s leading provider in vacation exchange. With an RCI membership, you can exchange your points for a week-long stay at more than 4,000 timeshare resorts around the world.
Confirm first
You confirm the reservation before moving your points from your club account to RCI. Member points are then only deducted after the reservation is confirmed.
Deposit First
You transfer points into your RCI account without a booking. You have two years to book and travel with Deposit First points. Deposit First points cannot be transferred back into your Club Wyndham Asia account.
Please note that transfers may take up to 72 hours. RCI has a different cancellation policy to Club Wyndham Asia – and some resorts have their own cancellation policies – so we would recommend reading the policy, which will be on your confirmation letter when you make a reservation.
New Club Wyndham Asia members receive a complimentary three-year membership upon joining the club but must arrange renewal after that, at which point membership fees will apply.
These range from US$109 for a single-year membership to an average of US$87.50 a year over a five-year term. Memberships can be bought in one-, two-, three-, four- or five-year terms. Each exchange also requires SGD $141 for domestic (excluding Japan) and SGD $330 for international (including Japan).

** Instant exchanges are RCI’s “last-minute” discounted opportunities for members to stay at a selected resort and apartment for just 3,000 member points, subject to availability.
RCI is an exchange platform. The inventory that appears in the RCI exchange system has been deposited by other timeshare owners or clubs on behalf of their members. Timeshare owners and members of more than 4,100 resorts can deposit their inventory into RCI but this does not mean that availability exists all the time.
Members can place an Ongoing Search if the dates or resort they want are not currently in the exchange. An Ongoing Search requests the system search inventory as it is deposited until a match is found – if or when this happens, RCI will contact the member to confirm they would still like to book. Incoming inventory is prioritised to Ongoing Searches first and, if there are none, the inventory is then placed on the exchange.
All Club Wyndham Asia members can access tens of thousands of hotels and resorts through Wyndham Rewards – Wyndham Hotels & Resorts’ loyalty program.

Wyndham Rewards points can be used to pay for stays in full or with cash for discounted stays:
- go free – stay for one night free at a property for 7,500; 15,000; or 30,000 Wyndham Rewards points
per bedroom* - go fast – book a discounted stay at a property for 1,500; 3,000; or 6,000 Wyndham Rewards points per
bedroom per night, plus some cash*
*The exact value and cash amount depend on the property
Wyndham Rewards points have a four-year lifespan provided that Wyndham Rewards members keep their account active at least every 18 months by making or cancelling a booking.
