What are Annual Levies?
Imagine your vacation membership as your very own holiday home. The annual levies are your contribution towards the upkeep and maintenance of this home. These levies are crucial for budgeting and carrying out refurbishments, maintenance, operations, and repairs at Club Wyndham Asia properties.
What do Annual Levies cover?
Levies are vital for supporting the operations and expenses of Club Wyndham Asia, which operates on a not-for-profit basis. Here’s what your levies help cover:
• Housekeeping, landscaping, and maintenance
• Resort staffing
• Rates, insurance, and other property taxes
• Utilities like electricity and water
• Body corporate fees
• General administration fees for club operations, including inventory management and reservations
• A reserve fund for refurbishments and replacement of fixtures and fittings
• Management expenses, such as Member Services, Club Education, Finance, and IT
Here are some of the notable refurbishments that our Property Development team has been working on at Club Wyndham Asia Resorts in 2024.
It’s important to pay your annual levies on time to maintain your club membership benefits, such as making new reservations and preserving your existing stays. Failure to pay may result in restrictions and further actions to recover the club’s funds. If you need to make a payment or update your payment details, you can do so by contacting Account Services team.
