- A tourist tax of 7.5 euros per stay or 1.5 euros per day is collected at the front desk. Fee is per person above the age of 12 and is subject to change.
- Pool hours vary by season. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty.
- Due to the remote location, it is recommended to hire a car to get to the resort, which is two and a half kilometres from the nearest village (Palaia). Taxis are also available to transport within the Tuscan countryside. Resort transfers are provided by Francesco, a third party with a fleet of various size cars and minivans available. Guests can pay the driver with a credit card. Resort transfers can be booked with the reception team by emailing reception@borgodicolleoliresort.com. Refer to KB for prices.
- This resort is a rustic property in a remote countryside with limited onsite facilities and narrow staircases. Outdoor parking is available and free of charge. Car parking is approximately 100m from the resort via a gravel path. If you require assistance with luggage, please let reception staff know upon check in. Staff can direct you to local markets for fresh food and delicacies.
- The onsite restaurant is closed during the winter season from approximately late October, until the following Easter. During this period, the onsite restaurant will only open during Christmas and New Year, before closing again for the remainder of the winter season.
