A tourist tax of 7.5 euros per stay or 1.5 euros per day is collected at the front desk. Fee is per person above the age of 12 and is subject to change.
Pool hours vary by season. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty.
Due to the remote location, it is recommended to hire a car to get to the resort, which is two and a half kilometres from the nearest village (Palaia). Taxis are also available to transport within the Tuscan countryside. Resort transfers are provided by Francesco, a third party with a fleet of various size cars and minivans available. Guests can pay the driver with a credit card. Resort transfers can be booked with the reception team by emailing reception@borgodicolleoliresort.com. Refer to KB for prices.
This resort is a rustic property in a remote countryside with limited onsite facilities and narrow staircases. Outdoor parking is available and free of charge. Car parking is approximately 100m from the resort via a gravel path. If you require assistance with luggage, please let reception staff know upon check in. Staff can direct you to local markets for fresh food and delicacies.
The onsite restaurant is closed during the winter season from approximately late October, until the following Easter. During this period, the onsite restaurant will only open during Christmas and New Year, before closing again for the remainder of the winter season.

My family trip to Australia was a delightful experience that felt like a home away from home. The resort we stayed at was conveniently accessible by car and offered a high level of privacy. The accommodations were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed various activities, such as taking the kids to see the local wildlife around the resort both in the early morning and at night. The resort’s restaurant served delicious local cuisine, including excellent seafood and oysters, at prices comparable to those outside the resort. For families traveling by car, this place is highly recommended for its convenience, cleanliness, and comfortable bedding. The kids particularly loved the fitness center’s jacuzzi and the availability of laundry facilities.

Wyndham Grand Kalim Bay was a wonderful resort to stay at other than different accommodations at Phuket. We would to share our extraordinary, calm, and overall terrific experience at Wyndham Grand Kalim Bay in Phuket.

We were delighted to be able to stay in a pool suite with a sensational sunset ocean view. In the mornings, the suite is peaceful and has such a romantic scene of the ocean. The pool villa in the suite gives us the need of relaxation that we have been needing. There are also a lot of activities you can choose from.

Lastly I would like to talk about the amazing, kind, caring staff here! The staff are all extremely nice and I just can’t stop myself from wanting to tip all of them! I can assure you that here at Wyndham you will receive the most sincere service from the amazing staff who are always smiling, willing to help you.

Wyndham Grand Kalim Bay was a great experience for my family and most likely for others as well.

Member Services Thailand always provides excellent customer service when I make reservations with Club Wyndham Asia. Every employee is giving good service at Wyndham Hua Hin Pranburi Resort & Villas. The accommodations are all presentable, and the rooms are tidy and roomy. It’s extremely natural. There is a nice atmosphere with a large pool near to the beach.
