- As part of your stay, guests are required to attend a 90-minute Vacation Ownership preview to learn about the benefits of Club Wyndham Asia, with an obligation-free offer presented, but no requirement to purchase.
- Guests must have a minimum combined annual household income of USD 53,000 (equivalent of PHP 3,000,000).
- Club Wyndham Asia holiday packages are designed for:
– Singles or Couples who are married, engaged, in a relationship and/or sharing a residence;
– and Between 26 to 65 years of age. - For couples, both parties must travel and complete the Club Wyndham preview session together.

- Upon booking over the phone, we shall require the guest’s verbal confirmation on the qualifying criteria and no supporting documents will be collected.
