Then, when the Club’s properties are sold, they are eligible to receive a share of any net proceeds—something no other vacation club in Asia offers.

Developed by the world’s leading membership and leisure travel company, this contemporary club breaks the mold of classic vacation ownership (aka timeshare). Built with the needs of today’s travellers in mind, Club Wyndham Asia offers unique benefits, including:

Club Wyndham Asia offers 22 resorts across Asia Pacific in countries. Through exchange partners, members can access more than 100 Club Wyndham South Pacific and WorldMark club resorts. Then with additional memberships you can exchange your points to access over 4,100 RCI-affiliated properties, and more than 50,000 hotels, vacation ownership and vacation rental options worldwide through Wyndham Rewards.

Club Wyndham Asia was developed by the international/[vacation clubs] division of Travel + Leisure Co. (NYSE:TNL), the world’s leading membership and leisure travel company. RCI is also part of TNL and is the world’s largest timeshare exchange company with more than 4,100 affiliated properties in 100 countries.

New Club Wyndham Asia members are given a complimentary three-year RCI membership and can exchange their member points to stay at RCI’s affiliated properties, subject to availability. After this three-year period, they have the option to buy an RCI membership and can even use their Travel Cash to pay for it!

*The same number of points you buy when you first join the club is redeposited into your account every year until 2040. The number of points required to stay at today’s Club apartments will stay the same throughout the life of the Club.

Step 4: Consider your options to become a member!

Points are the Club’s currency, which members use to book their stays at the hotels and resorts across our global network. Here are the key points you need to know about Club Wyndham Asia points:

• When you join the Club, you buy a certain number of points that will put you into a membership tier*.
• Every year on your Anniversary Date, the number of points you own are awarded
  into your account.
• Points are valid for two years, during which time you must book and begin at least one stay.
• You have the option to “Bank and Borrow” your points to meet your unique travel and lifestyle needs. This means you can save your points from this year to use next year.
• You can even share your points with family and friends who are Club Wyndham Asia members Or,
  you can invite non-members to be your guests when you book a holiday with us.

3. Review the Club’s accommodation options at your chosen destination including rooms, resorts and more from the Wyndham Hotels and Resorts and RCI networks.
4. Call Member Services to learn how to maximise your points to best suit your lifestyle needs and travel plans.
5. BOOK YOUR GETAWAY!

Each property in the Club Wyndham Asia network has a points chart that shows how many points are needed to book a stay for each night of the week based on demand and seasonality. For example, bookings during school holidays will generally require a higher number of points than during non-holiday periods.

There are three “seasons” on the points charts. They are: Blue (low season), White (medium season),
and Red (high season).
