Offer Terms and Conditions

Qualifying Criteria

To be eligible for the Club Wyndham Asia offer, you confirm that:

  1. You are aged between 26-65 years
  2. You must own valid credit card and this is required to be presented at the time of touring.
  3. If you are married, engaged, or in a relationship and sharing residence, both parties must attend and complete a Club Preview of approximately 90 minutes. If single then you must attend and complete the Club Preview of approximately 90 minutes. (whilst on your holiday)
  4. If single or married/in a relationship, you must have a minimum combined annual household income of US$50,000+.
  5. You must bring two forms of identification, one is required to be a government issued photo identification (i.e., Passport or Driver’s Licence) and a major credit card to the Club Preview.

The Club Preview highlights the benefits of Club Wyndham Asia – an affordable and flexible vacation membership that is part of Wyndham Vacation Ownership, the world’s largest Vacation Ownership Company.

At the Club Preview, you will be made an offer to become a member. However, you are under no obligation to purchase anything.

Non-attendance, non-qualification, and/or failure to attend the full Club Preview for any reason or circumstance will result in forfeiture of this offer, and the full package cost will automatically be charged to your credit card (less the cost of the relevant Club Wyndham Asia offer initially purchased). By taking up our Package, you are deemed to authorise such deduction in the said circumstances.

  • Studio and Hotel Rooms – US$150.00 / night
  • 1 Bedroom Apartments – US$240.00 / night
  • 2 Bedroom Apartments – US$330.00 / night
  • 3 Bedroom Apartments – US$400.00 / night

Reservations including any upgrade fees, additional nights or seasonal surcharges are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another name. Rescheduling outside of 30 days from check-in will incur a US$50 fee to be charged at the time of rescheduling. A maximum of 1 rescheduling is allowed per booking. Rescheduling or cancellations are not permitted within 30 days of check-in. A no-show on the check-in date will incur the Penalty Charge being the full accommodation cost, which will be automatically charged to your credit card. By taking up our offer, you are deemed to authorise such deduction of the Penalty Charge in the said circumstances.

Confirmation of attendance is required between 30 days from check-in. Should confirmation not be received your reservation may be cancelled.
