The park has a rich military history dating back to the 1800’s. Visit Rothschild House State Park, which has been made to accurately reflect life in that era. There are tons of outdoor activities nearby like fishing, golfing or biking the mountains of the Pacific Northwest. Whale-watching is pretty common in this area so make sure to be on the lookout for them when you’re near the water.
