Pets: Pets are not allowed at any Club Wyndham, Ramada by Wyndham or Associate property except in the case of hearing, mobility or vision-impaired guests. Please advise at time of booking if this applies.
Does your reservation include an apartment move during your stay? The following guidelines apply:
- Guest is responsible for packing own belongings.
- Check out time for the first apartment is 12:00pm.
- Guest may be unable to check into the next apartment until 4:00pm. Luggage can be left at Reception.
- Reception staff are unable to modify bookings to avoid apartment moves. If you have any enquiries, please contact your Member Services Team.
- Limited cots and highchairs are available at the resorts for use during your stay. Please ensure these are requested at the time of booking and we recommend contacting the resort 24-48 hours prior to your check in to confirm your request.

Bangla Road, Patong Beach
Bangla Road is home to a wide selection of bars and clubs, and really comes to life once the sun sets. The road is closed to vehicle traffic and becomes a 400 metre festival of neon lights and loud music.
Wat Chalong, or Chalong temples, is the largest and most important of Phuket’s temples, visited by thousands of people every year. Locals come to pray and Westerners come to learn about Buddhism.
Freedom Beach is an exclusive gem on Phuket’s west coast, the 300 metre long white sand beach is set amongst hills covered by thick and luxuriant jungle.
Phuket Mining Museum
Phuket Mining Museum, located in Kathu, is one of the island’s most interesting museums and presents a diverse range of history. It features displays ranging from tin mine models to a recreated scene in an opium den.
