1. This offer is provided by Club Wyndham Asia (HK) Limited (“ClubCo”) as the operator for Club Wyndham Asia (the “Club”) from 20 February 2026 to 3 March 2026.

2. This offer applies to all International, Thai, and Indonesian members.

3. Qualified members will receive an email confirmation from Member Services about their rewards. Promotional code is provided for rewards that require booking.

4. This offer is subject to prize and room availability at the time of booking and may be withdrawn at any time, at the sole discretion of the Club. 31The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer made by the Club.

5. If member is unenrolled in Flywire, the member shall be required to complete their Flywire account enrollment as a prerequisite to eligibility. Upon fulfillment of this requirement, the member will receive confirmation of their reward.

6. If member is enrolled in Flywire, members are encouraged to keep their membership active such as by making a booking, registering for education sessions, or staying up to date on club updates, etc. before confirming the reward.

7. Members are eligible to receive one reward only. Rewards are determined depending on real-time availability.

     a. US $20 Travel Cash – Travel Cash will be credited to member’s account within 3-7 days. Member will receive an email confirmation from Member Services.

     b. 3-4 nights stay at Club Wyndham Seminyak – Use the promo code provided by your Member Services team when booking. Book until 15 June 2026 and stay until 30 June 2026 during weekdays only. 

     Booking only applies via calling Member Services only.

     c. 2 free nights on the next club booking – Use the promo code provided by your Member Services team when booking. Book until 15 June 2026 and stay until 30 June 2026 during weekdays only. 

     Booking applies via calling Member Services or online (website or app).

               5. All SRC resorts except Kusatsu

     d. Floating breakfast for 2 at Lumbini Luxury Villas and Spa –Member will receive an email confirmation from Member Services; reward applies to stays until 30 June 2026 only.

     e. Room upgrade – Member will receive an email confirmation from Member Services.

     f. Mystery box – To cover any available rewards not included in this list; member will receive an email confirmation about the reward.

8. Rewards with booking must be made and stay commenced based on the book until and stay until dates in item number 7 according to booking instructions using the assigned promotional codes.

9. Eligible online bookings for two complimentary nights “reward c” will be awarded back to member’s account within 7-14 days from check-in. Complimentary nights for eligible phone bookings will be awarded upon booking.

10. For “rewards b and c”, in case a member intends to book more than the free nights, the nights requiring the least number of points will be considered the complimentary nights.

11. This offer is limited to the rewards mentioned above only. Any additional costs or expenditure are at the expense of the owner.

12. Cancellation of eligible booking: Please allow for 7-14 days processing time from cancellation date. Member can rebook within the specified book and stay period to redeem the two complimentary nights. If beyond allowable dates, complimentary nights will be forfeited.

13. All bookings made for the above resorts are subject to the rules and instructions as outlined in the Club Wyndham Asia Guidelines and Product Disclosure Statement.

14. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer by the Club.

15. This offer is subject to amendment and withdrawal at the discretion of the Club at any time without prior notice.

16. All bookings must otherwise comply with the Club Guidelines.
