I wanted to inform you that the login feature for the RCI website is not yet available. However, please rest assured that we are continuously working on improving our services. In the meantime, you can check and view your Points by contacting RCI directly. Thank you for your understanding.

As a Club Wyndham Asia Member, you have been automatically signed up for Wyndham Rewards, you will have received a separate email with your temporary login details. Wyndham Rewards is the world’s #1 ranked Hotel Rewards Program.

Please see the below instructions on how you can create your Wyndham Rewards Account:

  1. Go to the Wyndham Rewards website by clicking this link https://www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards.
  1. Once you’re on the website, please click Join Now.

  1. You need to select which way would you like to receive the verification code, once ticked, please click Join Now.

  1. You will be asked to enter your phone number to receive the verification code.

  1. Once you receive the verification code via SMS or phone call, please input the code and hit continue.

I understand your request regarding the extension of your points’ validity. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend the validity period as per our policy. However, you do have the option to transfer your points to Wyndham Rewards or RCI, which may provide additional flexibility for using them.

RCI

To Deposit your Points with RCI means Club Wyndham Asia deposits a minimum of 3,000 Points on your behalf and in return RCI will allow you to make an exchange booking at a later date at one of their 4,300 resorts in over 100 different countries. This Deposit is valid for two years with RCI from the date of banking.

To make a Deposit of Points, simply call Club Wyndham Member Services on the contact numbers below and have the following information ready, before your Points expire .

Your Points are deducted and transferred to RCI within 3 business days of depositing. Once this is received and processed by RCI, your Points will then be accessible in your RCI account. Once deposited with RCI, the Points cannot be returned to your Club Wyndham account; therefore, we recommend only depositing expiring Points.

The RCI Exchange link (https://clubwyndhamasia.com/rci-exchange-program/) takes you through to the RCI reservation search engine, where you can search and book online. Please bear in mind that the RCI exchange fee is payable at the time of confirmation of your booking.

If you confirm a booking for more Points than your deposit, RCI will request the difference from Club Wyndham. If you confirm a booking for fewer Points than your deposit, the difference will remain on your RCI balance for future use. You can also confirm a booking at any time, via these methods, without any deposited Points, and RCI will request the total amount from Club Wyndham. However if you do cancel your RCI booking, your Points will then be returned back to where they originated from i.e. to the RCI bank or to your Club Wyndham account.

Wyndham Rewards

Wyndham Rewards can be contacted by using the contact link: https://www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards/contact-us to gain the best contact number for the country you are calling from.

This exchange option is available to all Members who are eligible to exchange their Member Qualified Points for Wyndham Rewards points. There is no limit as to how many times you are able to request this and no cap on how many points you can exchange.

By exchanging your Points for Wyndham rewards points, you will have the opportunity to book future stays at thousands of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts properties around the world and at Asia destinations.

Exchange fee
A flat exchange fee is now applicable across all tiers: USD$49

Exchange rate
All members will receive 7.5 Wyndham Rewards points for every 1 Member Qualified Points.

Validity
Member Qualified Points used in a transaction will need to have 6 months validity. This validity will be calculated from the date of application.

*Please allow up to 10 business days for the exchange to be completed and these points to appear in your Wyndham Rewards account.

The exchange of Points to the Wyndham Rewards program is a final transaction and once exchanged your Wyndham Reward points have a lifespan of 4 years. Wyndham Rewards will then require some form of activity on your account at least every 18 months to keep these points active and avoid them from being forfeited. Account Activity is defined as any point earning, redemption or transfer activity involving a change in the Wyndham Rewards point balance.

Note: Wyndham Rewards do not send expiring points reminder to their members.

For further information on Wyndham Rewards and to complete a booking, please visit the Wyndham Rewards website: www.wyndhamrewards.com and follow the steps to register. To complete the registration process, you will require your Wyndham Rewards member number mentioned above (different to your Club Wyndham Asia number), the email address that we have on file for you and your post code. Once registration is complete and the password and security questions have been set up, the system will allow log into your Wyndham Rewards account.

I understand that you are considering canceling your membership, and I’m here to assist you with any concerns you may have. Although we are unable to process cancellations outside the cooling-off period specified in your contract, we want to ensure you are fully supported.
