Annual levies exist to ensure a viable and long-lasting holiday program for the benefit of members. Annual levies cover the projected expenses of the club including property upkeep, maintenance and repair for the year, and are issued to members based on the number of member points they hold. Each member (including the Developer) is obliged to pay annual levies.
Here’s more good news! Club Wyndham Asia members can now use their Travel Wallet to pay for their annual levies!
Flexi Levy
Flexi Levy allows members to take a break from paying their annual levies!
Members simply opt not to use their annual allotment of member points and relinquishes these points to the club.
Members may access the Flexi-Levy benefit by opting-out within 30 days from their date listed on the levy invoice. Email memberservices@clubwyndhamasia.com or call Member Services.
- If you plan to relinquish your points but fail to nominate within 30 days from date listed on your levy invoice, you will still be required to pay your annual levy in full on the due date.
- If Flexi-Levy has been processed following a members request to opt-out, the opt-out cannot be reversed for that year.

Q. Why do I have to pay levies?
Members Levies cover the cost of maintenance and refurbishments – things like painting, new furniture, fixing broken appliances and total resort upgrades to ensure the club is kept in “as new” condition. They also cover the cost of the club management and wages of services available to members, such as reservations and resort staff.
Q. Will my levies ever increase?
Because of general inflation – for example, the increase in cost of materials, levies can increase annually, however, there is a limit to increases – of 7.5% per year.
Q. What happens if I don’t pay my levies?
You will be unable to make any further bookings until your levies have been paid.
Q. When are my levies due each year?
New levies will be sent out every year in January in order to secure the club’s budget for the upcoming year. When you first join the Club, you will pay a pro-rated amount based on the number of months remaining in that year.
Q. How can I pay my levies?
Instructions on how to pay are provided on your levy notice sent out in January each year. You can now pay your levies using your Travel Wallet cash. Contact your Account Services team for more info.
