Holidays you only need to buy once
Joining the Club requires an up-front fee, which then gives you access to amazing holidays in the region and even around the world until 2040. Once you’ve made your initial payment, all that’s required is an annual levy for the upkeep of the property and the operation of the Club—worth it to keep everything looking great and working the way it should.
These levies are also flexible—so if you don’t want to holiday one year, you can forfeit your annual points and won’t need to pay your annual levy.

What makes Club Wyndham Asia different is that, in 2040, the properties you and the other Members have invested will be sold—and you all get to share in any net assets.
Points to great destinations
Your Membership automatically issues you with points each year, which you can then use like currency to stay at other properties in Asia and around the world.
