Club Wyndham Cairns is set on five hectares of landscaped tropical gardens bordering the Cairns Golf Club. Situated in the hinterland only 10 minutes drive from central Cairns, the resort is the ideal base to explore Far North Queensland including the Great Barrier Reef and the lush green mountains of the Atherton Tableland.

Club Wyndham Cairns offers spacious, air-conditioned accommodation including two and three-bedroom apartments that feature an open plan lounge and dining room, full kitchen and large balconies. CRITICAL INFORMATION – MUST READ: Effective from Monday 12th July 2021, all owners/guests checking into CWSP Properties MUST present photo ID in the form of a passport or driver’s license upon check-in. The ID must match the reservation in the Hotel’s PMS (Property Management System) and credit card provided. Guest name MUST be added to the reservation at time of booking, or prior to check-in. Only the Owner Services Team can add or amend a guest name. If owners call a resort to ask for a change to guest name, they will be redirected to Owner Services.

**This is not a Ramada Property.  Property name is Trinity Links Resort, 72 Kowinka Street, White Rock. The resort is approximately 7km from Cairns CBD and 15km from Cairns Airport. **

**Queensland Public Holiday Reception Hours:  Trinity Links Resort has reduced reception hours  9.00am to 12.00pm AEST on Public Holidays. Check-In cannot be facilitated  before 4.00pm AEST

  • Reception hours are Mon-Sat: 9:00am – 6:00pm. Sun: 9:00am – 1:00pm, Public Holidays 9:00am – 12:00pm. Please contact the resort if you are arriving outside of these hours. Some services are not available outside of these hours.

NO PARKING FOR LARGE VEHICLES: There is secure onsite parking available for standard motor vehicles; however  Body Corporate by-laws do not allow parking of trailers, boats, trucks, campervans or other large vehicles.  Please contact the resort directly for alternative options.

Car Hire: To make the most of the surrounding area, a car is highly recommended. Discounted car rental rates are available through Travel by Wyndham. Please call 1300 850 160 or call the Resort directly to assist with local company contacts.

Wi-Fi: in room is available for Wyndham guests at an additional charge of $10 for the whole duration of your stay, with unlimited downloads and payable upon check in via CC or cash directly to the Resort.

Making up of Sofa Lounges & Joining beds together: Single beds in the second bedroom can be joined together, and the making up of the sofa lounges upon request. The Resort requires 48 hours’ notice to facilitate this. Please contact Owner Services to submit your request. As this is not a Wyndham managed property, the Resort may charge a fee for this service if sufficient notice is not given.

Additional information on the Resort:

  • Trinity Links Resort offers a selection of drinks and snacks, available from the on-site café. Located in the Reception area, the Café will operate Mon – Sat: 9:00am – 5:00pm. PLEASE NOTE: Hot drinks are not available for purchase on Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • If you require the services of the after-hours Manager, a call out fee will apply. This charge is payable to the Resort upon check-out.
  • This Resort is a 3 storey walk-up and has no elevator. If a ground floor unit is required this must be booked at the time of confirming your reservation with Wyndham Owner Services.
  • Limited cots and highchairs are available at the resorts for use during your stay. Please ensure these are requested at the time of booking and we recommend contacting the resort 24-48 hours prior to  your check in to confirm your request.

Guest Bookings: Please keep in mind that as the Owner you are responsible for your Guest’s complying with Club guidelines and regulations, your Guest’s behavior whilst staying at the resort, and any outstanding charges resulting from Guest’s usage at the resort.

Credit Card fees: From 1 September 2016 payments made by credit card for any charges incurred during your stay at a Club Wyndham resort will incur a Credit Card Service Fee of 0.9% in addition to the total amount payable.

Pets: Pets are not allowed at most Club Wyndham or Ramada by Wyndham properties.  Exceptions apply in the case of hearing, mobility and/or vision impaired guests, please advise at time of booking if this applies, or those staying in dog friendly designated units at designated resorts see here for more information.

Grocery Service: is not available at this property, unless you are onsite at the time to collect the delivery.

General:

Does your reservation include an apartment move during your stay? The following guidelines apply:

  • No credit card charge upon check-in; the resort only notes the credit card number on file for security purposes, shop purchases, tours or incidentals, etc
  • Guest is responsible for packing own belongings.
  • Check out time for the first apartment is 12:00pm (noon).
  • Guest may be unable to check into next apartment until 4:00pm. Luggage can be left at Reception.
  • Reception staff are unable to modify bookings to avoid apartment moves. If you have any enquiries, please contact your Member Services Team.
