Booking Terms and Conditions

  • Grab and Go bookings are designed to benefit members and their guests and cannot be sold, transferred, raffled, marketed, or auctioned.
  • Packages are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
  • Grab and Go bookings cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Not all room types may be suitable for people with mobility issues.  Please refer to the resort information at The Resort Page and Before You Go before completing a booking, as room changes are not possible.
  • Payments will be processed within 7 days after you submit a Grab and Go booking. If a member has insufficient points to cover the booking, the member may purchase Flexistay from the Developer (rates start from USD 0.15/point depending on the membership tier).
  • A maximum of 3 active Grab and Go bookings are permitted per Club Wyndham Asia membership.
  • Changes to and cancellations of Grab and Go bookings are NOT permitted.  No refund will be given once a Grab and Go booking has been confirmed.
  • If you choose to extend (add additional nights) your Grab and Go booking, the Grab and Go terms and conditions will apply to the entire stay (i.e. no cancellations will be accepted), unless a separate points booking for the additional nights is made.
  • If a Member is found to be selling, raffling, transferring, marketing or auctioning Grab and Go bookings, then:
  1. the Grab and Go booking will be cancelled with no refund;
  2. all existing Grab and Go bookings will be cancelled with no refund: and
  3. for a period of 6 months, no new Grab and Go bookings will be able to be made.
  • Once you submit a Grab and Go booking, you should receive your first confirmation email within a few hours. Please do not forget to check your spam folder.
  • Grab and Go bookings will show in your member account within 7 days after you submit a booking on the Grab and Go website. Once the booking is processed, members will receive a new confirmation email from the reservation system.
