Annual levies cover the projected expenses of the club including property upkeep, maintenance and repair for the year, and are issued to members based on the number of member points they hold. Each member (including the Developer) is obliged to pay annual levies.<\/p><p>Here\u2019s more good news! Club Wyndham Asia members can now use their <a href=\"\/travel-wallet\/\">Travel Wallet<\/a> to pay for their annual levies!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f9363e6 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"f9363e6\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4f16cd2 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"4f16cd2\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1247257 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1247257\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Flexi Levy<\/h3><p>Flexi Levy allows members to take a break from paying their annual levies!<\/p><p>Members simply opt not to use their annual allotment of member points and relinquishes these points to the club.<\/p><p>Members may access the Flexi-Levy benefit by opting-out within 30 days from their date listed on the levy invoice. Why do I have to pay levies?<\/strong><\/p><p>Members Levies cover the cost of maintenance and refurbishments \u2013 things like painting, new furniture, fixing broken appliances and total resort upgrades to ensure the club is kept in \u201cas new\u201d condition. They also cover the cost of the club management and wages of services available to members, such as reservations and resort staff.<\/p><p><strong>Q. Will my levies ever increase?<\/strong><\/p><p>Because of general inflation \u2013 for example, the increase in cost of materials, levies can increase annually, however, there is a limit to increases \u2013 of 7.5% per year.<\/p><p><strong>Q. What happens if I don\u2019t pay my levies?<\/strong><\/p><p>You will be unable to make any further bookings until your levies have been paid.<\/p><p><strong>Q. When are my levies due each year?<\/strong><\/p><p>New levies will be sent out every year in January in order to secure the club\u2019s budget for the upcoming year. When you first join the Club, you will pay a pro-rated amount based on the number of months remaining in that year.<\/p><p><strong>Q. How can I pay my levies?<\/strong><\/p><p>Instructions on how to pay are provided on your levy notice sent out in January each year. You can now pay your levies using your Travel Wallet cash.
