QUALIFYING CRITERIA<\/h4>

To be eligible for the Club Wyndham Asia offer, you confirm that:<\/p>

  1. If you are married, engaged, or in a relationship and sharing residence, both parties must attend and complete a Club Preview of approximately 90 minutes.<\/li>
  2. You must have a minimum combined annual household income of US$50,000+ ( PHP 2520,000 | THB 1560,000 | IDR 750,000,000 | JPY 7,000,000).<\/li>
  3. You are between 26-65 years of age. If located in Indonesia, you are aged between 30-65 years of age.<\/li>
  4. You must be a valid credit card holder.<\/li>
  5. You must bring two forms of identification, one with photo identification (i.e., Passport, major Credit Card, Driver\u2019s Licence) to the Club Preview.<\/li><\/ol>

    CONDITIONS FOR THE CLUB PREVIEW<\/h4>

    The Club Preview highlights the benefits of Club Wyndham Asia \u2013 an affordable and flexible vacation membership that is part of Wyndham Vacation Ownership, the world\u2019s largest Vacation Ownership Company.<\/p>

    At the Club Preview, you will be made an offer to become a member. However, you are under no obligation to purchase anything.<\/p>

    1. Non-attendance, Non-qualification, and\/or failure to attend the full Club Preview for any reason or circumstance will result in forfeiture of this offer, and the full package cost will automatically be charged to your credit card (less the cost of the relevant Club Wyndham Asia offer initially purchased). By taking up our Package, you are deemed to authorise such deduction in the said circumstances.<\/li><\/ol>

      CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY<\/h4>
      1. Packages, including any upgrade fees, additional nights, or seasonal surcharges, are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another name. Rescheduling outside of 14 days from check-in will incur a US$50 fee when rescheduling. A maximum of 1 reschedule is allowed per booking. Rescheduling or cancellations are not permitted within 14 days of check-in. A no-show on the check-in date will incur a Penalty Charge being the total accommodation cost, which will be automatically charged to your credit card. By taking up our Package, you are deemed to authorise such deduction in the circumstances.<\/li><\/ol>

        ATTENDANCE CONFIRMATION<\/h4>
        1. Confirmation of attendance is required between 21 and 14 days from check-in. Should confirmation not be received, your accommodation may be cancelled.<\/li><\/ol>
