**CAR PARKING: There is limited secure valet parking available at this property at a cost of $40.00 (AUD) per night and is suitable for smaller vehicles only. Parking cannot be reserved in advance and is based on a first in first served basis. The basement car park has a height restriction of 2.1 meters so may not be suitable for larger vehicles. Platinum/100 Club Owners are eligible for 1 complimentary car space per ownership.

There is additional offsite parking available at a SECURE managed carpark nearby, maximum car height is 1.9 meters. Please note that the staff at Club Wyndham Sydney Suites can assist you in getting a reduced daily rate of $30 at the SECURE carpark, however this is only able to be applied for one exit per day. Should you require carparking that allows you multiple entries and exits daily, you will be required to pay directly to SECURE carparking.

** 2 BEDROOM PRESIDENTIAL APARTMENTS:  Effective from 23rd March 2020 we have reduced the maximum occupancy in the 2 Bedroom Presidential apartments from 6 to 4, due to the compact size of the apartments. All existing bookings for occupancy of 6 people will be honored by the use of rollaway beds, facilitated by the resort.

***PRESIDENTIAL SUITES CAR PARK: All owners who have booked a Presidential apartment are eligible for free parking (1 per booking).

  • Reception operates 24 hours, seven days a week.
  • A credit card imprint is required upon check-in.
  • If requesting a cot, please note that the portacot will be opened in the room, with sheets beside it for parents to make it as they wish. Cot blankets are not provided in the room, and Reception have limited blankets available. It is recommended that owners bring their own cot blankets to avoid inconvenience.
  • Studio apartments do not have opening windows and do not have balconies.
  • Most rooms have kitchenette, which means there is no oven or dishwasher, and have limited cooking facilities.
  • One Bedroom Apartments: Most One Bedroom apartments are better suited for 2 adults & 2 children due to the compact size of the unit and sofa bed.
  • The two-bedroom Presidential Suite (external) has a six-person outdoor spa while the other two-bedroom Presidential Suites have internal spa baths.
  • Two-bedroom Sky Suites have a maximum occupancy of six however to ensure maximum comfort, we recommend only four people stay at one time.
  • There are no washing machines or dryers in any apartments, however there are several communal laundries located throughout the resort which are free of charge.
  • Wireless Internet & Movies are available and payable to the resort. This service does incur additional fees and charges of $5-$7 AUD. Use of Wireless Internet is limited to five devices at any one time per Wireless Connection. Wireless Internet service is free for Lifestyle Silver and above owners*. Use of In-Room movies is limited for Lifestyle Silver and above owners based on tier level benefits. *Club Wyndham Managed Properties only.

Guest Bookings: Please keep in mind that as the Owner you are responsible for your Guest’s complying with Club guidelines and regulations, your Guest’s behavior whilst staying at the resort, and any outstanding charges resulting from Guest’s usage at the resort.

Credit Card fees: From 1 September 2016 payments made by credit card for any charges incurred during your stay at a Club Wyndham resort will incur a Credit Card Service Fee of 0.9% in addition to the total amount payable.

Smoking policy: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Pets: Pets are not allowed at most Club Wyndham or Ramada by Wyndham properties.  Exceptions apply in the case of hearing, mobility and/or vision impaired guests, please advise at time of booking if this applies, or those staying in dog friendly designated units at designated resorts see here for more information.

Wi-Fi is available at most resorts however it may incur additional charges. We recommend contacting the individual resort reception to find out more.

Does your reservation include an apartment move during your stay? The following guidelines apply:

  • Guest is responsible for packing own belongings.
  • Check out time for the first apartment is 12:00pm (noon).
  • Guest may be unable to check into next apartment until 4:00pm. Luggage can be left at Reception.
  • Reception staff are unable to modify bookings to avoid apartment moves. If you have any enquiries, please contact your Member Services Team.

Blue Mountains

Experience fresh mountain air as you rise above Sydney and enter the spectacular Blue Mountains region. The Blue Mountains is perfect for exploring the best that NSW has to offer. The Three Sisters at Echo Point, bushwalking, galleries, dining, shopping, day spas, golf, and numerous attractions. The Blue Mountains is the ideal destination for a day trip out of the city.

Bondi Beach

Take a swim at one of Australia’s most famous beaches! Swim, sunbathe and enjoy the surf in the relaxed, super cool atmosphere of Bondi Beach. Also, walk along the remarkable Bondi to Coogee coastal trail, which stretches for six kilometre (3.7 mile) through scenic Eastern Sydney beaches, including Bondi, Tamarama, Bronte, Clovelly, and, finally, Coogee Beach. The trail begins at Bondi Icebergs pool, winds past Aboriginal rock carvings at Marks Park, and offers plenty of opportunities for a swim along the way. At the end of your walk, enjoy lunch at seaside eatery Coogee Pavilion – its rooftop boasts beautiful 270 degree views.

How to Get there – Express buses run to Bondi Beach from Sydney city centre, and take about 30 minutes. Trains go from the city centre to Bondi Junction, which is a 10 minute bus or taxi ride from the beach.
